Our strength coaches are hands-on and provide applied methods of reestablishing and creating pathways to increase neural stimulus and motor control and our nonprofit The First Step Foundation helps people get access to these programs.

Through corrective exercises and training protocols that will improve what the athlete needs to focus on when it comes to: speed, agility, strength, power, force, acceleration, deceleration, mobility, explosiveness, reaction, conditioning, balance, core stability, and confidence. All these dimensions of training are adapted and phased regularly for the individual athlete and the demands of his or her sport. Our High School Lift or Speed and Agility classes are for athletes of all sports and skill levels. Whether you are trying to make the team, get more playing time, or set personal goals to improve your strength and conditioning, the BARWIS high school performance training class is here to guide you towards success. BARWIS training provides high school athletes with the proper techniques for lifting, offers specific instruction on speed mechanics and agility training, and teaches mobility and corrective exercises to improve range of motion, which reduces the risk of injury and promotes better performance. Additionally, trainers will increase your understanding about the physiological needs for rest and recovery. This is the class that develops your athleticism and prepares a foundation for you to take your game and your athleticism to the next level.

Dr. Casey is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO and holds a Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Dayton. He is a board Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians and Active Release Technique® Certified Provider

Dr. Casey is a level 3 Titliest Performance Institute Medical Professional. He has also been certified in and performs 3D motion analysis of the golf swing. Dr. Casey is able to take his thorough knowledge of the golf swing and combine it with his great knowledge of anatomy and physiology to truly improve a golfers performance.

Before moving to South Florida Dr. Casey owned and operated Casey Chiropractic in Columbus, Ohio, where he developed a comprehensive approach to evaluating and treating athletic injuries. Dr. Casey utilizes a combination of manipulation, Active Release Technique®, and rehabilitation exercises to address your specific needs.

Dr. Casey works with some of the world’s top professional and amateur golfers and athletes. He also works with individuals trying to reach their own personal aspirations, all with the same goal in mind; making them better, more complete and injury free, whether in everyday life or in athletics. In addition to training athletes and treating their injuries, Dr. Casey lectures nationally, educating fellow chiropractors and the general public on the topics of sports injuries and functional rehabilitation.
